Donate Products/Meat for ALBC Conference
The meals at the last few ALBC conferences have been great successes because they featured rare breed products from ALBC members. The breeds have benefited from the positive exposure and farmers were able to share their breeds and products with other members. Consider supplying meat or other products for the conference meals. Rare breeds continue to demonstrate value through the flavor of their products. In fact, putting rare breed products on a plate is one of the best ways to demonstrate the benefits of breed conservation to the uninitiated. If you are interested in supplying meat, eggs, cheeses, or other products for this year's menu, please contact our Operations Manager, Angelique Thompson at albc@albc-usa.org or call (919) 542-5704. Your farm and products will receive promotion at the meals and in the conference materials.
