Promotional Resources for Breeders: 
- Share the definition with all of your buyers including chefs/restaurants, retailers, and individual consumers.

- Check out the official press release on the Heritage Chicken definition. Feel free to distribute this release to your local paper and invite them to interview you. Have good photos available for the press and even provide an opportunity for them to taste your product.
- If you sell at a market, develop a sign that reads "Heritage Chicken sold here." Be sure to include the breed name for your consumers.
